9th Place Finish Highlights Weekend in Red Bluff For Brody Robfogel!

By: Fast Time Media

2/21/24... Red Bluff, California: Saturday & Sunday would see Brody Robfogel return to action with the Red Bluff Outlaws. It would be his first time back in Red Bluff since the end of the 2023 racing season.

Brody kicked Saturday off with time trials. He would be the very first car to hit the track for his division. Brody wasn't able to get the lap he wanted as he'd time in 14th quickest overall. That lined him up on the pole of his heat race. After starting 1st, he'd end up falling back to 4th where he'd finish the heat race.

He would miss a transfer to the feature where he'd roll off from the 3rd starting spot. Starting 3rd, Brody would just need to hold on to finish in a transfer spot. He'd fall back to the 4th spot, but held on there & would finish there to make the feature.

Going into the feature, Brody would start in the 16th & final spot as he was the final driver to make the feature in the B-main. He would run a clean & solid race, but wasn't able to make up too much ground. Brody would go on to finish 13th.

Entering Sunday, Brody would look to get the day started with a better qualifying run. He would do just that. Brody was the 15th car to hit the track for time trials. He'd have a much better run & would end up timing in 2nd quickest overall.

That started him on the outside of row two in 4th for his heat race. Starting 4th, Brody would move up a few spots as he'd get into 2nd & finish there. He made the dash & rolled off from the 5th spot. Starting 5th, Brody ended up holding onto the spot & finishing there.

Brody would roll off for the feature event from the 5th starting spot. He was pretty fast in the feature but would fall back a few spots. After starting 5th, Brody fell back to the 9th spot & ended up finishing the feature there.

Overall it was a solid return to Red Bluff for Brody. After not running there for a couple months, he quickly got back into the hang of things & found his speed once again.

Brody & Robfogel Racing would like to thank their sponsors; Empire automotive, State farm- Tony Maestri, Vision Building Management, Rock crushing solutions, Wraps in motion, Elite coatings, & Jen Robfogel styling.
