11/15/23... Glendale, Arizona: Friday & Saturday Night, Annalesia Miller was in action at Adobe Mountain Speedway. She would be in action for two nights of racing in the Restricted Micro Sprint owned by the Norbury Family.
She began the weekend with heat race action on Friday Night. Annalesia would roll off from the outside of the front row in 2nd. From there, she'd go on to finish the heat race in 2nd & put herself in a good spot for the feature.
That set her up to roll off from the outside of row two in the 4th starting spot. Annalesia would quickly jump to the top but couldn't make up much ground. She's end up falling back to 5th & having to settle for a 5th place finish.
Annalesia would look for a bette result on Saturday. Once again, the night began with heat race action where things were on a similar trajectory. She'd once again roll off from the second spot & go on to finish where she started in 2nd.
She'd go out for the feature where she'd start in the 4th spot. Once again, Annalesia would jump up top, but this time she began to move forward. She'd get up to 2nd, before eventually moving back to the bottom where she'd reel in the leader. Unfortunately, she'd run out of time & settle for 2nd.
In the heat race it was fast i was struggling a bit on the slick track. Then in the main, I just went straight to the top and it just wasn’t there so I had to move down and finished 5th. In Saturday's heat race there just wasn’t a whole lot of passing and I didn’t get a very good start. Had the car was hooked up for the main & I went straight to the top and on the first lap moved up to 2nd. Once i moved down i started to reel in the leader but he was fast!"
It was a good weekend for Annalesia Miller. She returned to Arizona where she'd bring home a pair of top-5 finishes & put together some solid finishes. Her next race is still to be announced.
