3/27/24... Tulsa, Oklahama: Saturday Night, Annalesia Miller would be back in action at Port Coty Raceway in the Restricted Micro Divisions. Coming off an 8th place finish, she would look to have another good night on Saturday.
She started the night off with heat race action. Annalesia would roll off from the 3rd spot. The leader jumped the initial start & was penalized which put her on the pole. From there, Annalesia jumped out to the quick lead & pulled away from the field. She dominated the heat race & went on to grab the win.
That put her in the invert for feature but shed roll off from 7th. Looking for a good run, things would quickly take an unfortunate turn. Just three laps in to the feature, Annalesia's exhaust fell off. Per the Port City Raceway rules, that brought her night to an end.
"Started the night with the heat heat race where I started 3rd. The leader jumped the start putting me pole for the restart. I got a really good start & my car was flying. My dad nailed the setup & we won it with a half a lap lead," "Annalesia continued. Started the A-main 7thbecause of the invert. Three laps in, my  exhaust came off & due to the rules my night ended in a dnf."
It was an unfortunate ending to what was looking like a very good night for Annalesia. They had the car set up really well & Annalesia looked as if she had a chance to grab her first win of the season before some early bad luck
