Annalesia Miller Takes on Rujo Rumble at Port City!

By: Fast Time Media

10/12/23… Tulsa, Oklahoma: Friday & Saturday Night, Annalesia Miller was once again in action at Port City Raceway. This time, she’d battle a tough field of cars for the Rujo Rumble.

She started the night out Friday with heat race action. Annalesia would start the weekend out bu going from 4th to 4th in her Friday Night heat race. That would put Annalesia starting 14th for the feature event. She would quickly get into the top-10, but would have a chain fall out while passing for 9th & her night would end on lap two.

“The heat race went pretty good i went 5th to 4th on a bottom only track! I started 14th in the main & was passing for 9th when my chain fell off on the 2nd lap. I was definitely bummed but i was also happy we had the car ready good so we learned from that.”

Saturday, she’d look for a better night & it would definitely get off to a better start. Annalesia would start her heat race from the 3rd spot. She’d quickly jump to the top & charge to the lead. Once in first, she’d go on to grab the heat race win.

Annalesia would start the feature in a very good spot as she rolled off from 6th. Unfortunately, it was a tough feature for Annalesia. She struggled with the car all feature & ended up falling backwards. When the checkered flag fell, she would finish in 17th.

“In the heat race, I started 3rd & got to first. I just went straight to the top and won it! The feature didn’t go so well & I went 6th to 17th.I wasn’t driving very well & the car wasn’t very good & I just fell back a lot.

While the results don’t show it, it was a good weekend for Annalesia & her team. She was able to make the feature both nights & showed some solid speed. Annalesia was also able to get some very important laps under her belt.

“Im glad I got to have some practice with traffic this race, & im very thankful that I managed to put it in the show both nights. Our main goal this season was to put it in the main on big events.”

Annalesia would like to thank her sponsors; 49_motorsports, Adobe_mountain_speedway, Swindellspeedlab, Drinkvictory, Highlineclothing.com, Mears Mechanical, Ryan's Drywall services & finishes, Sweetsincity225, Shoemaker Mechanical, Australianoutbackplants, Bludlubricants, Az Roots & Okie Boots Homestead, and Beaverstripes.
