12/13/23... Press Release: 2023 saw Austin Ervine run over 10 events in Arizona as he would put together a solid season. While he didn't grab any wins in 2023, he had good speed, especially towards the end of the season as he locked up a 3rd place ASCS Non Wing Points finish.

The season started out in Oklahoma, as Austin ran the 2023 Chili Bowl. He would finish his Preliminary Night with a 15th place B-main finish. Then on Saturday, Austin would be deep in the feature events, and finished the I feature in 11th.

Austin got his Arizona season off to a rough start. His first two events saw him finish 16th & 13th. He'd then make his way to New Mexico to run at Vado Speedway Park where he'd finish 7th. After that, Austin was back at Central Arizona Raceway where he'd finish 10th & 13th.

Things turned around during Austin's two trips to Deuce of Clubs Thunder Raceway. He'd find a ton of speed during his trips to the track, as he'd post his best finishes of the season. Austin would bring home a pair of top-5 finishes.

His final trip of the season to Central Arizona Raceway saw another solid finish for Austin. After starting 12th in the feature Austin put together an impressive charge. He'd go from 12th to 6th & bring home another good finish.

For the final weekend of the season, Austin would face his toughest competition yet. Over 30 Non Winged Sprint Cars would be in action at Cocopah Speedway for the Western World Championships. He'd end up finishing a solid 17th place on Friday & 14th place on Saturday.

It was a solid season for Austin during 2023. He'd get the season off to a tough start, but turned things around and ended the season with a lot of good runs. He'd finish the season running 12 events, making 10 features, finishing in the top-5 twice and in the top-10 5 times.

"Even after some part failures & issues to start the year we were able to finish off strong. Thanks to Tanner Grau he helped us with the fine tuning on these spike chassis. Next year we are planning to run the full points season with ASCS non wing here in Arizona. I can’t thank Jerry Pritchett of Pritchett metal products enough for his families continued support, David Mankel with Jolly Tamales Racing, Cal Pro Turf, and lastly Jay Ervine my dad. Without him all of this wouldn’t be possible."

Austin would like to thank his sponsors; Pritchett Metal Products, Cal Pro Turf, and the Jolly Tamale.
