6/20/23… Show Low, Arizona: Saturday Night, Austin Ervine would once again be in action. He would make his first ever trip to the Deuce of Clubs Thunder Raceway in Show Low Arizona. That would be highlighted by a top-5 finish on Saturday Night.
The night began with heat race action. Austin rolled off from the outside of row number two in the 4th position. Starting 4th, Austin was able to move forward during the heat race. He gained one spot & finished in the 3rd spot.
Austin then would roll out for the feature event, where he would start on the inside of row number four in the 7th spot. Austin fought hard during the 25 lap feature event. When it was all said & done, Austin brought home a 5th place finish.
“Got a hard fought 5th place finish tonight. Had a blast running this track for the first time. Got to thank Brad the new promoter, he did a great job.”
It was a good result for Austin at a new track. He would bring home his best finish of the 2023 race season, finishing in the 5th spot.
