6/8/23... Petaluma, California: Saturday Night, Blake Bower would be back in action aboard the Finkenbinder/Tuttle Motorsports #3T Wingless Sprint. It would be another solid night for him behind the wheel as he brought home a 4th place finish.
The night began with qualifying where Blake would be the 9th car to hit the track. Despite going out late, Blake would lay down a pretty good lap. That would put the driver of the 3T 3rd quickest overall in qualifying.
Blake would then lineup in 3rd for the heat race. During the heat race, it would be follow the leader for the Wingless Sprints. Starting 3rd, Blake would fall in line & run in 3rd where he would finish the heat race.
When the feature event rolled around, Blake would roll off from the 6th spot. On the tricky Petaluma clay, Blake would run a good feature. He would move forward, getting to the 4th spot & hanging on to come home in the 4th position.
It was a solid night for Blake in just his 3rd race behind the wheel of a Wingless Sprint. Blake will be in action this weekend on Friday with the WMR Midgets & Saturday with the Hunt Magneto's Wingless Series in Marysville.
