10/26/23… Chowchilla, CA: On Sunday, Brody was in action at the Chowchilla Barn Burner. It was the first race of the season at the track & Brody would be aboard the Beginner Box class & looked for a strong run on Sunday.
He started the day out with time trials. Brody was the 7th car to hit the track. He would be able to lay down a time of 11.023. That would be enough to put him QuickTime out of 12 cars. That put him on the pole of his heat race. After starting on the pole, Brody ended up finishing in the 2nd spot.
Going into the feature, Brody would be slated to start in the 3rd spot. Starting 3rd, Brody put together a good run during the 15 lap feature. After starting 3rd, Brody ended up finishing where he started in the 3rd spot.
It was a good run for his first time at Chowchilla this season. Brody would have good speed all night & was able to bring home a 3rd place finish to end the day off!
