11/14/23... Lakeport, California: Saturday Night, Brody kicked off the Lakeport Indoor 2023/2024 season opener! He would be in action in the Restricted Box Stock season with a solid day of racing on Saturday!
Brody would begin the day with time trials. He would be the 5th of 20 cars to hit the track for time trials. After hitting the track, Brody ended up putting down a time of 10.851. That would be enough for him to time in 10th quickest overall.
That set Brody up to start his heat race from the outside of the second row in the 4th starting position. When the eight lap heat race began, Brody was able to gain a spot. He'd get himself into the 3rd position, where he'd finish the heat race & start the feature in a solid spot.
Going into the feature, Brody was locked in & set to roll off from the inside of the fourth row in the 7th stating spot. Once again, Brody was able to move forward. As the fifteen lap feature went on, Brody ended up getting up to the 4th spot where he'd go on to finish the feature.
It was a solid start to the Lakeport Indoor season on Saturday. He ended up moving forward every time he hit the track & would go on to bring home a top-5 finish. Brody will be back in action on Saturday once again at the Lakeport Indoor Track.
