Brody Robfogel Finishes Outlaw Kart Showcase 8th!

By: Fast Time Media

9/6/23… Chico, California: Sunday & Monday, Brody Robfogel was in action at Cycleland Speedway for The Outlaw Kart Showcase. Brody looked to have a strong weekend at Cycleland Speedway this past weekend.

Brody started the night out with time trials, where he was the 4th of 13 cars to hit the track. He would end up timing in 9th quickest overall. That put Brody lined up on the outside of the front row in the 2nd starting spot. Starting 2nd, Brody grabbed the lead & went on to win the heat race.

The Trophy Dash saw Brody start on the outside of the second row in the 4th starting spot. Starting 4th, Brody would fall back to 5th where he’d finish.

Courtesy of his Dash finish, Brody started on the inside of row three in the 5th starting position for the feature event. His race came to a quick end unfortunately. He would be moving forward, when a car spun up the track & into Brody. That would do a lot of damage to the #4B & bring his night to an end.

Going into Monday, they were able to make fixes to the #4B machine & got it ready to go for Night Two of The Outlaw Kart Showcase. The night started out with qualifying, where he was the 9th of 12 cars to hit the track. Going out late, Brody was able to time in 9th quickest overall.

Once again, that put Brody starting on the outside of the front row in the 2nd starting spot. Starting 2nd, Brody was able to once again jump out to the lead. Once in the lead, he went on to win the heat race. That put Brody in the King of the Hill race. He would start 5th, and finished in the 6th spot.

Brody would start the feature event on the outside of the third row in the 6th starting position. As he started 6th, Brody would run a solid feature event. He was able to stay out of trouble for the feature event & was able to bring home a 7th place finish.

It was a solid ending to The Outlaw Kart Showcase weekend at Cycleland Speedway. After a tough start on Sunday Night, Brody was able to rebound on Monday & bring home a solid finish.
