7/3/24… Hanford, California: Saturday, Brody was in action at the Tulare Kings Kart Club. It was his first ever appearance at the Tulare Kings Kart club as he would be in action with the Beginner Box Class on Saturday.
Brody kicked the night off with a pair of heat races. He’d start heat one on the outside of row three in 6th. Quickly, he went to work & charged forward. He’d get to 2nd, but wasn’t able to reel in the leader & finished 2nd.
Heat two saw Brody start on the outside of the front row in 2nd. The green fell, & Brody was quickly able to grab the lead. From there, he ended up going on to lead every lap, & win the second of the heat races on Saturday.
Going into the feature, he was in a great spot. He’d start on the pole & quickly jump out to the lead. Brody got to lap traffic, but seemed to have no troubles at all. After a few cautions, & some single file restarts. Brody was able to hold on & grab the win in his first run at the track.
It was a great showing for Brody at a new track. He was quickly able to get comfortable & grab the win. It was the first win of 2024 for Brody, despite having an extremely consistent season so far.
