11/1/23… Red Bluff, California: On Saturday, Brody Robfogel was back in action, this time at the Red Bluff Outlaws season opener. He’d be in action in the Beginner Box Stock divison as he’d kick the season off & look for a good start.
The night started out with time trials. Brody was the 10th car to hit the track in qualifying. With 26 cars in action, Brody would need to lay down a good lap to start the night. He’d do just that, and would end up timing in 7th quickest overall.
Going into heat race action, Brody would roll off from the third starting spot. He would be in a good spot to start the heat race as only the top three transferred. Unfortunately, Brody would fall backwards during the heat race. At the end of the heat, Brody would finish 5th & go to the B-main.
Finishing 5th, Brody missed a transfer to the feature & would roll off from the 2nd starting spot. Brody got a good start & was even able to make his way into the lead. Unfortunately, while racing hard with another wall he’d clip the wall & have to go to the back. He’d begin to pick off cars but ran out of time & would finish in the 9th spot, ending his day there.
It was a solid day for Brody that came to an unfortunate end. He’d be fast all night & was on his way to transfer to the feature before some bad luck brought an end to the night.
