9/4/24… Tulare, California: Saturday Night, Brody was back in action at The Tulare Kings Kart Club in the Beginner Box Division. He looked to end the month of August with a good night on Saturday in Tulare.
Brody started the night out with time trials where he was the tenth of fifteen cars in his division to hit the track. Going out later in qualifying, Brody was still able to lay down a good lap. With a time of 12.064 he was able to go quick time.
That set Brody to start his heat race in the pole position. Quickly he jumped out to the lead in the heat race & he’d never look back. Brody would go on to win the heat race & set himself up to start on the pole of the feature.
Starting on the pole for the feature, Brody didn’t get the start he wanted. He’d fall to 2nd on the start & trail the leader. Brody would try different lines to see what was working. Late in the race he made his move in traffic to take the lead. From there, he’d go on to grab the win.
It was an impressive night at The Tulare Kings Kart Club for Brody. He had the best car all night long & would end up sweeping the entire night, going quick time, winning his heat race, & winning the feature event.
