5/1/23... Ventura California: Saturday Night, Bryant Bell & his team would be back in action with the WMR Midgets at Venture Speedway. A solid field of 14 WMR Midgets would be in the pit area & ready to roll on Saturday Night.
The night would get started with qualifying with the WMR Midgets. Bryant would hit the track & quickly have a ton of speed. Bryant would end up laying down a very good lap, which would put him 2nd quickest overall.
"In hot laps/qualifying the car was amazing and we ended up 3rd over all."
Bryant would then roll off from the outside front row in his heat race. Going into turn one, Bryant would make a mistake & fall backwards. He would end up falling in line in 3rd. He would end up finishing the heat race in the 3rd spot.
"In the heat we started 2nd but made a mistake going into 1 and dropped back to third and the track was going away. We struggled a little bit to get the car stick the right rear tire on entry so we finished 3rd in the heat. "
The feature would see Bryant roll off from the pole. Starting 1st, Bryant would be lightning quick in the feature. He would end up leading every single lap of the race & going on to win his first race of the 2023 race season.
"We rolled out p1 for the main and led the whole race flag to flag and the car handled wonderful with the changes we made."
It was an impressive night for Bryant Bell & his team. He would have some really good speed all night & would go on to capture the win.
