5/20/24… Watsonville, California: Friday Night, Caleb Debem was in action at Ocean Speedway. Points Race #6 saw 13 Winged 360 Sprint Cars pull into the pit area for what was another exciting night of racing.
The night began with time trials. Caleb went out around halfway through the field as he was the 6th of 13 Winged 360 Sprint Cars to hit the track. He ended up laying down a good lap, which timed him in 4th quickest overall.
Caleb then lined up for his heat race on the inside of the front row on the pole. Starting 1st, Caleb didn’t get the jump he wanted, & he ended up falling back to the 3rd position & he went on to finish the heat race there.
Heading out for the feature event, Caleb lined up on the outside of row three in the 6th spot. The green fell, & Caleb went to work. He would try to make his way forward throughout the race. When it was all said & done, he ended up making his way up to 5th & finishing there.
It was a solid night of racing for Caleb at Ocean Speedway. He continues to have a good points season as he brought home another top-5 finish. Caleb currently sits 3rd in the Ocean Speedway points through six races.
