11/2/23… Glendale, AZ: Saturday Night, Cameron was in action at Adobe Mountain Speedway. He would have some double duty action on hand as he’d run both the 600 Winged Outlaw & the Midget on Saturday Night.
The night began with heat race action. He’d roll off for the Winged Outlaw heat race where he’d start & finish in the 4th spot. The Midget heat race would see him roll off from the inside of the first row in first, where he’d end up finishing.
When the Winged Outlaw 600 feature rolled around, he’d roll off from the outside of the fifth row in the 10th spot. He’d end up running a solid race & began to move forward a few spots. When the checkered flag fell, Cameron would go from the 10th spot up to the 8th spot.
He’d then start the Midget Feature from the pole spot. Cameron spent the feature battling for the lead position. He’d run a solid race, as he looked to bring home the win. However, he’d end up falling back to the 2nd spot. When the checkered flag fell, Cameron would come home 2nd, just short of the win.
It was a solid night for Cameron at Adobe Mountain Speedway. He’d bring home a top-10 finish in the Micro Sprint. Then in the Midget, he’d come up just short of grabbing another win on the 2023 race season.
