By: Fast Time Media

6/1/23... Glendale, Arizona. Friday & Saturday Night, Cameron La Rose would be back in action at Adobe Mountain Speedway in both Non Wing Outlaw & A-Class action. It would be a solid weekend, highlighted by a win & a 4th place finish.

Friday would be just qualifying, where Cameron would lay down some very good laps. In the A-Class division, Cameron would end up going 3rd in his group. In the Non Winged Outlaw, Cameron would go quickest in his group & overall.

On Saturday, Cameron would get the night started with heat race action. In the A-Class heat race, Cameron would start 2nd. He would get the jump & go on to lead flag to flag & grab the win. In the Non Winged Outlaw heat race, Cameron would go from 4th to 3rd.

The A-Class feature saw Cameron roll off from 8th. He would hop a right rear on lap one & fall backwards. After that, he would get into a rythm & begin to charge forward. He would get to 4th, before they cut the feature short & he would finish there.

"So starting 8th in the main I hopper a right rear on lap 1 and fell back a little. Was able to regroup and move up to 4th in only a few laps. They cut the laps on the race so 4th is where we ended up."

In the Non Winged Outlaw feature, Cameron would start on the outside of the front row in 2nd. Cameron jumped out to the lead on the back stretch during the opening lap. He went on to lead every lap & grab the feature win.

"Drew the 2 which put us starting outside front row. Was able to get to the lead going down the back straight and lead every lap of the race. The car was really good, started feeling pressure toward the end of the race but was able to hang on for the win."

Cameron would end up having a very good weekend & bring home some very good results. He would grab a pair of top-5's including a win in the Non-Winged Outlaw division.

Cameron would like to thank his sponsors; Mears Mechanical, Ivy Trucking, and Tim Mihocko racing.
