5/2/24… Marysville, California: Saturday Night, Drake Standley was back in action at Marysville Raceway. It would be another weekly points show at the track as 14 Winged 360 Sprint Cars would be in attendance on Saturday Night.
The night began with time trials. Drake needed to put down a good lap to set himself up in a good spot for the rest of the night. He ended up putting down a time of 13.059. That was enough to time Drake in 5th quickest overall. Next up was the heat race where Drake ended up finishing in the 3rd spot.
Going out for the feature, Drake was ready to roll. The car was fast heading into the feature & he carried that speed into the race. Drake went to work & was able to grab the 3rd spot & finish the feature event there.
It was a good night for Drake as he grabbed another podium finish on Saturday Night. He continues to be fast at Marysville Raceway & has had some very good runs to kick off the racing season.
