6/28/23… Oroville, California: Saturday Night, Evan Gularte was in action at Cycleland Speedway for some 500 Open action. Evan would put together a good night, where he ended up finishing in the 4th position on Saturday Night.
The night started out with qualifying, as Evan was the 10th car to hit the track. He laid down a time of 10.819. That would be good enough to put Evan QuickTime overall in qualifying.
He ended up making the Trophy Dash, where he started on the outside of row three in the 6th spot. Starting 6th, Evan would move forward in the Trophy Dash. He ended up getting to the 4th position, where he would finish.
“Qualifying went quick time with a 10.8 second lap.
In the Dash I hit the wrong line first corner and slid over the berm but ended finishing 4th.”
Evan started the feature event from the outside of row four in the 8th spot. It would be an action packed feature event. After starting 8th, Evan started to charge his way forward. He got to the 4th spot where he finished the feature event.
“In the feature I started 8th and battled the whole time to finish 4th.”
