9/12/24… Stockton, California: Friday & Saturday Night, Kaleb Montgomery took on the World of Outlaws Sprint Cars. They would be in action at the Stockton Dirt Track to kick off the West Coast Swing for the Outlaws.
He kicked the night off with time trials. Kaleb was one of the final cars to hit the track as he was the 30th car out. Despite going out late, Kaleb was able to lay down a good lap. He ended up 7th quickest overall with a time of 11.564.
That set him up to start his heat race on the outside of the front row in 2nd. From 2nd, he was able to hold onto the spot & finish there to lock into the Dash. Kaleb went out for the dash where he’d roll off from 8th & went on to finish in 7th.
Kaleb entered the feature in a great spot as he rolled off from the 7th spot. He was able to run a good feature & as the race went on Kaleb would stay in the top-10. When the checkered flag fell, he’d finish where he started in 7th.
Saturday was another good night as Kaleb made his way to Kings Speedway. Going out for time trials, he was the 9th car out & would time in 22nd quickest. That set him up to start the heat race from 8th. Starting 8th, Kaleb was able to make his way up to 6th & he’d finish there.
He was able to lock into the feature & rolled off from the 16th spot. Starting towards the back of the field, Kaleb would run a methodical feature. Staying out of trouble, he was able to gain a pair of spots & finish in the 14th spot.
Overall, it was a good weekend for Kaleb with tbe World of Outlaws Sprint Cars. He made the feature on both nights & brought home a career best World of Outlaws finish as he’s finish in the 7th spot on Friday in Stockton.
