7/4/23… Albion, Nebraska: Friday & Saturday Night, Kyler Johnson was in action for two night’s of racing. Friday began with a 10th place finish at Boone County Speedway. Saturday, he took home another 10th place finish at WaKeeney Speedway.
Friday began with qualifying, where Kyler was the 5th car to hit the track with group number three. Kyler ended up going 5th quickest in his group. That started him on the inside of row three in the 5th spot. Starting 5th, Kyler ended up finishing in 6th.
That lined Kyler up on the outside of row eight in the 16th spot. Starting 16th, Kyler started to move forward in the feature event. He gained over a handful of spots, as he went from 16th to 10th where he finished.
Saturday, Kyler was in action at his home track of WaKeeney Speedway. The night started out with Kyler going 5th quickest in his group for qualifying. He then started his heat race from the 5th position & finished where he started in 5th.
In the feature event, Kyler Johnson started on the outside of row seven in the 14th spot. Kyler come again started deep in the feature but would once again move forward. He got his way to the 10th spot where he finished.
Kyler had another solid weekend with the ASCS National Sprint Cars. He brought home a pair of top-10 finishes & had some solid runs. This next weekend, Kyler will be in action in both the Sprint Car & the Midget at Dodge City Raceway!
