10/10/23… Elma, Washington: Saturday Night, Levi Kuntz was in action at Grays Harbor Raceway for the season finale at the track. It would be the final time of the 2023 race season that Levi visits the track!
Levi began the night with time trials. He ended up being the 2nd of seven Limited Sprint Cars to hit the track & qualify. Levi‘s best lap would be a time of 15.015. That was enough to put the driver of the #29K 3rd quickest overall for qualifying.
He went out for the heat race & would roll off from the outside of the front row in the second starting spot. As the race began, he was able to grab the lead. Once in the lead, Levi went on & would win the heat race.
Going into the feature, Levi pulled the full car invert & would be the 7th & final starter for the feature event. He would have some work to do starting from 7th. Levi began his charge & was quickly moving forward. He got his way to 2nd before breaking a lower left rear shock stud. After that, Levi would have to settle for a 2nd place finish.
It was a good night for Levi & a solid way to end the season at Grays Harbor Raceway. Now that the season is officially over, Levi will begin preparations for next season.
