11/7/22…Stockton California: Saturday Night, Max Mittry and his team would make the trip to Stockton California for the final night of the 2022 NARC season. A solid field of 19 Winged 410 Sprint Cars would be in the pit area ready to kick off the final night of the 2022 season.
His night would start off in single car qualifying. Max would end up being one of the last cars to hit the track. However, he would end up laying down a solid lap that would put him in the 11th spot, out of the 19 Winged 410 Sprint Cars.
The heat race would see Max roll off from the inside of the front row in the 1st spot. Starting 1st, Max would need to win to make the dash. On the start he would fall back to the 2nd spot and hold on, transferring to the feature but missing a spot in the dash.
In the feature, Max would start on the outside of row 5 in the 10th spot. Starting 10th, Max would roll around there for most of the feature. He would fall back to the 11th spot where he would finish in the feature and bring his night and NARC season to an end.
Overall it was a great first NARC season for Max and his team. They would end up finishing in the 7th spot in the points and bring home the NARC Rookie of the Year, with a best NARC finish of 6th coming at the Keller Auto Speedway!
