4/12/23... Hanford California: Saturday Night, Nick Parker would get his 2023 NARC season started at Kings Speedway in Hanford California. Nick would have his hands full as a strong field of 30 Winged 410 Sprint Cars would be in the pit area ready to get the season going.
His night would get started in qualifying, where he would be the 16th of 30 cars to hit the track. Nick was able to go out & lay down a solid lap. That would put Nick 19th quick overall out of 30 410 Sprint Cars to hit the track.
Nick would line up on the outside of row two in the 4th position for his heat race. He would need to stay in the top-4 to transfer to the feature. Nick would end up holding on to the 4th spot, and transfer to the feature.
He would start the feature in the 20th spot. Starting 20th, Nick would do some hard racing in the back of the field. Unfortunately engine issues would cause him to pull into the infield & end his night in the 20th position.
It was a solid night to start the NARC season for Nick Parker. Despite some engine issues, Nick would have a pretty solid night & continues to improve against the best that California had to offer.
