Nick Parker Has Tough Weekend, Looking Forward To Trophy Cup!

By: Fast Time Media

10/17/23… Hanford, California: Friday & Saturday Night, Nick was in action for a big double header in the Central Valley. He’d end out the 2023 race season at Kings Speedway on Friday & run the Tophy Cup Tune-up on Saturday.

Nick would begin Friday Night with qualifying as he’d be the first car to hit the track. Unfortunately, the track would only get faster & he’d time in 17th quick out of 18 cars. That would line him up 6th in his heat race on a very hooked up track. Nick would finish where he started in 6th.

The first feature then saw Nick roll off from the 17th spot. The track was still very hooked up & hard to pass. Late in the twenty-lap feature, Nick was fighting to stay on the lead lap. However, he’d end up falling a lap down with a few to go & finished the first feature 15th

Going a lap down, Nick would miss the invert & start the second feature in 15th. He’d battle most of the feature around 13th & 14th. However, he’d spin with just a couple laps left. Nick would tag the end of the field & finish 14th.

As they went into Saturday, Nick would look to get some valuable laps in Tulare for Trophy Cup. Unfortunately, some issues brought his night to an early end in qualifying.

Nick will be back at this coming weekend for the 29th Trophy Cup. They got some kinks worked out for Trophy Cup & will look to have an excellent weekend at the biggest 360 race of the year!

Nick would like to thank his sponsors; Parker Automotive, Rock Knocker, Metal Tec, BG Oil & Lube, Maxim Chassis, Tiner Hirst Enterprises, and Kaeding Performance.

Next Race: 10/19, Tulare Thunderbowl
