11/7/23... Red Bluff, California: Saturday & Sunday Night, Seth Standley would be in action for Points Race #2 & 3, and The Tyler Wolf Memorial. He put together a pretty solid weekend, which was highlighted by a 9th place finish on Saturday.
Saturday Night started out with time trials, where Seth would be the 19th car to hit the track. Seth ended up timing in 23rd quickest overall. That lined him up 5th in the heat race, before he'd go on to finish 4th. Seth had to go to the B-main, where he'd finish 6th & sneak into the feature.
That set him up to start in the 16th & final starting spot for the feature event. Seth would surge forward throughout the feature. He'd end up gaining a handful of positions. Seth would get to the 9th spot where he'd finish the feature.
Sunday Night, Seth was back in action this time for The Tyler Wolf Memorial. Sunday got off too a much tougher start as he timed in 33rd quickest overall. That set him up to lineup in the 7th spot for the heat race. He'd go on to finish where he started in 7th & have to go to the D-main.
He'd put together a little alphabet soup run. Seth started in the D-main in 4th, and would go on to finish in the 6th & final transfer spot. That set him up to start the C-main in the 16th spot. Seth would go from deep in the C-main, to finish in the 4th spot & make the B-main.
Going into the B-main, Seth would look to continue his run. He'd roll off from 16th, but this time struggled to move forward. As the race went on, he'd only be able to get up to 14th where he'd end up finishing & end his night.
It was a good weekend for Seth. Saturday was the better night as he'd finish in 9th, but on Sunday he'd make a good run through the D,C, and B. Unfortunately, he came up short of making the feature event.
