Tyler Driever Has Impressive Season With ASCS Frontier Region!

By: Chris Santos

12/13/22… Fast Time Media: 2022 would be another good season for Tyler aboard the family owned number 33. He would spend a majority of his races running with the ASCS Frontier Region as he would find a lot of success.

The season would kick off with Tyler making his lone trip to the Golden State. They would head to Silver Dollar Speedway in Chico California for the John Padjen Classic Silver Cup. It would be a tough way to start the season as both nights would end in the B-main for Tyler.

He would then have over two months off before returning to action in Oregon at the Cottage Grove Speedway. Tyler would have a solid night in Oregon as he would end up bringing home a very good 6th place finish.

After his trip to Oregon, he would begin his ASCS Frontier Region season. His first 6 points races would see him rack up some consistent finishes. He would get off to a slow start finishing 12th & then 11th. However his next 4 races would see him finish in the top-5 going 3rd, 3rd, 3rd, & 4th.

Tyler would take another trip to Oregon at the end of July as he would once again head to the Cottage Grove Speedway for the Marvin Smith Memorial. He would end up winning the Saturday Pole Shuffle and would end the weekend with a 5th place finish, in what would be his best finish on the west coast for the season.

When Tyler returned to ASCS Frontier Region action, he would pick up right where he left off. On September 3rd he would pick up his best finish of the season. Tyler would wheel the 33T to a victory at the Electric City Speedway at the 26th annual Montana Roundup.

Overall it was an impressive season for Tyler Driever and the 33T team. “Yeah man, 2022 was pretty good we had some ups and downs. Some bad luck but got a win, a few hard chargers, and won the pole shuffle at the Marvin smith.“ Tyler stated. “Overall pretty pleased with the 2022 season just wish I could’ve brought home a couple more wins.”

Tyler’s 2022 Stats: 16 features, 1 win, 8 top-5’s, 12 top-10’s.

Tyler would like to thank his sponsors; Maxima Racing Oils, Commercial Tire, Fokus Graphics, Allegiant Powder Coating, Larson-Miller Medical Waste Disposal, King Racing Products, K1 Race Gear, Idaho Famous Potatoes, Shark Racing Engines, and Hepfner Racing Products.
